I should have combined this into the next page, and made it, like, one line. You'll see this style of "this character now dumps out everything on his mind fully and honestly, without tailoring it to the outside situation, or the people listening" in first-draft stuff all the time, from all kinds of writers. It's not necessarily bad to do this in your writing process, because it can help you figure out what's in your characters' heads.

Once you've done that, though, use them in your revisions as an unspoken foundation for a fresh scene where they talk like real people. Leaving them in is a mistake.
